Hamptons House

This gable house has a refinement and simplicity that elegantly disguises its minimal budget and takes advantage of an awkward, overlooked site in a desired neighborhood.

A large double-height living, dining, and kitchen opens onto an outdoor pool while bedrooms are arranged in sequence along the private length of the house puncuated by punched openings. The ‘perfect wall’ envelope is deployed here and with an explosed radiant floor the building is economical from execution to operation.
