This project was unveiled in two phases: first an interior renovation for a brewery and taproom in 2018, followed by a rooftop expansion with a pizza restaurant and event space.

The original ground floor taproom served as a template for the future enlargement: a colorful and tactile material palette distinct from typical beer-hall aesthetics. For the building enlargement, our team served as full site coordinator after pandemic-related complications left the project without a general contractor.
